Our Agreements

Tasks and duties will be equally distributed among partners according to their competences, preferences and experience.Different tasks and responsibilites have been listed and each partner has had the opportunity to choose. Besides there will be some tasks common to all partners:
– managing their own budget.
– Organising and disseminating all the different activities carried out when they are the host school.
– Organising the formative course on Project Based Learning (PBL) methodology that will be carried
out during the first semester of the project.
– Implementation and dissemination of our project within our educative communities, highlighting the
importance of being European citizens and the great value that carrying a European project has for
our schools.
– Updating the project Facebook account.
Tasks and responsibilities will be shared as follows:
1. SPAIN will elaborate the minutes and they will assure coordination among partners.They will
organize a formative course on CLIL.
2. TURKEY will be in charge of ICT including the formative course that teachers will receive during
C1 activity. They will create the project blog and will keep it updated.
3. ITALY will be in charge of the project tangible results.
4. GREECE will design the project logo as well as leaflets, magazines for the dissemination of the
project.
5. SLOVAKIA will organize a “CLIL and ICT week”.
6. ICELAND will organize a training course on STEAM methodology.
Cooperation and communication among partners is extremely important for our project to be successul. Internet and technology will make communication and cooperation with partners very easy. We will communicate by means of:
– Messenger and Whatsapp groups: these groups allow us to receive instant messages. These
groups will be used as a means of daily communication.
– Gmail: all partners have a gmail accont, via email we will send important documents and
information about the project.
– Google drive: this tool gives us the opportunity to share documents and files.
– Facebook group where we will share photographs, school events related to the project.This group
will have a public access so all of our students can see it.
– Project web page: Students who take part in the mobilities will share their personal experiences
when being in the host countries.
– E-twinning platform .
– Face to face meetings.
– Skype meeting for teachers and classes.
– YouTube for tutorials made by students.
-“STEAM: Surfing The European Artistic Monuments” class on Google platform where teachers can register all their students to create a unique European classroom, students can share their  work, complete homework and tasks and have instant tests. They could also create international groups to work together.
– Once a term there will be conference calls to ensure good internal communication among partners and monitoring of project progress.
– Questionnaires will be drafted regarding motivation, participation and interests of the partners.
